This policy governs the purchase of SastrePro plans, how subscriptions work, and the cancellation and refund policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Nature of the service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

SastrePro is a digital service offering immediate access, delivered as a SaaS solution, designed for the professional management of tailoring businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Available plans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

FREE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Free plan with limited features. Some features may be blocked by golden padlocks \ud83d\udd12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monthly PRO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Paid subscription with full access for 1 user<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Annual PRO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Paid subscription with full access for 1 user<\/strong>, invoiced annually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monthly WORKSHOP<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Paid subscription with full access for up to 3 simultaneous users<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Annual WORKSHOP<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Paid subscription with full access for up to 3 simultaneous users<\/strong>, invoiced annually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Price and invoicing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The prices for each plan will be clearly displayed before the subscription is finalised. Where applicable, the amounts will be shown either inclusive of tax or itemised, as indicated on the payment page. The invoice will be issued using the details provided by the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Automatic renewal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Paid subscriptions may be automatically renewed at the end of each period, unless the user cancels them in advance via their account or the designated channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Users may cancel the renewal of their subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent any future charges, but will not affect amounts already due for the current period, unless SastrePro expressly states otherwise in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Generally speaking, in distance contracts with consumers, there is a 14-day period within which to withdraw. However, in the case of digital content or digital services without a tangible medium, where access or performance begins with the user\u2019s prior express consent and with the acknowledgement that they forfeit their right of withdrawal, that right may be excluded once the service has commenced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Express acceptance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before completing the purchase, the user must tick a box to confirm that they agree to the following:
requests that the digital service be activated immediately; and acknowledges that, once access has commenced, they forfeit their right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Returns policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Due to the digital and immediate nature of the service, no returns or refunds will be accepted once access has commenced and the service has been made available to the user in accordance with this policy, except in the event of a technical error attributable to SastrePro or a breach of mandatory legal provisions. You may cancel at any time, and this cancellation will take effect from the following monthly payment period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Technical issues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If the service cannot be provided due to a fault attributable to SastrePro, reasonable measures will be taken to restore access or rectify the fault.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Suspension due to non-payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the event of non-payment, access may be temporarily suspended until payment has been successfully processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Usage by account and device<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Each account will be subject to the technical limitations set out on the platform, including the maximum number of active users and devices permitted under the chosen plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. Acceptance of the terms and conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
